Health Information Management Department (HIMD) caters the preparation and releasing of health documents such as Medical Certificates, Clinical Abstracts, Medico Legal Certificates, and other supporting documents as requested by the patient.
Health Information Management Department gives services/assistance to patients in the completion of their needed health documents.
